All prices at the Wakakuu Online Store include 25% Swedish VAT. If you are under 18 years of age, you need your guardian's permission to order from us. Wakakuu reserve the right for printing errors, price adjustments, price errors, and color deviations in products presented at Wakakuu Online Store. We are working to ensure our pictures are as representative as possible and that they comply with reality. Nor can we guarantee that all pictures reproduce the actual appearance of the products. Any attempts at fraud are reported to the police. Wakakuu reserves the right to terminate a purchase in the event of any suspicion of fraud.
ORDER & CONFIRMATION
By approving the Terms and Conditions of purchase and sending your order, you as a customer enter into a binding agreement with Wakakuu. When your order is accepted, an order confirmation is sent automatically by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. This order confirmation also works like a warranty certificate upon full payment. Wakakuu makes reservations for any delivery deviations in those cases where the stock balance has been incorrect at the time of your order.
You can select the items you want to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You can edit the contents of the shopping cart right up to the time of order and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods. You are required to provide a correct address for the delivery of the goods. If you want to cancel an order please contact email@example.com or enter our chat.
We offer card payment.
We use 3D Secure which is a global security standard developed by Visa and Mastercard for internet payment. The transfer is encrypted, which means that no unauthorized person can obtain your card details. The money is deducted from your card when you approve the purchase. Payment is via Avarda and Nets. All communication between the store and your bank is handled by Nets and encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We thus never have access to the card information and can therefore not register or store your card details. When paying by card, fill in your card number, the card's expiry date and CVC / CVV code. We accept payment with Visa/Mastercard/AMEX.
Change size/color for free
If you used a discount code on the first purchase, this discount will be transferred to your new order in connection with us handling your return. However, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number of these orders and we will adjust this. Please note that exchanges only apply between sizes or colors.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN
When you make a purchase at Wakakuu.com you always have 14 days of withdrawal. The 14-day period is counted from the day you received your order. Please visit your return portal:
Fill in all the information in the return portal and print your return slip. You will also receive a receipt that you have registered your return. Tape the return shipping label to the outside of the package. Hand the package to an agent and request a receipt. We will contact you via e-mail when we have processed your return.
If you have received a defective item please contact us at email@example.com and if possible, please also attach pictures in your complaint mail if we have to contact our supplier. All complaints are subject to Wakakuus approval before they are sent back. Wakakuu will cover the shipping cost for accepted complaints.
We regularly offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions. The codes can be limited for use with specific products, categories and brands. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, vouchers or similar. In case of fraud, attempted fraud or in case of suspected illegal activity in connection with the redemption of vouchers, we are entitled to cancel the discount code before the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order and they cannot be combined with other offers.
Wakakuu is exempt from any consequences for a failure to meet a certain obligation pursuant to this Agreement if the failure is based on an exempting circumstance in accordance with the below, and the circumstance prevents, hampers, or delays the performance of the obligation. Exempting circumstances include, for example, acts and omissions of regulatory authorities, new or amended legislation, industrial action, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or large-scale accident, or any other type of natural disaster. The reservation with regard, for example, to industrial action or blockade applies even if Wakakuu is subject to or engages in such an industrial action itself. In the later case, Wakakuu is not obliged to compensate for damages that would have come to being if Wakakuu had demonstrated prudence. Wakakuu is not responsible in any case for indirect damages. Force majeure circumstances also include regulatory decisions on warning texts, sales bans, etc., or an abnormal economic downturn, as well if the company has been exposed to criminal activity affecting operations.

Purchases of items at wakakuu.com are subject to Swedish law. Any disputes are decided by ordinary Swedish courts.
